feel each pose fully in this slower paced dynamic class that focuses on the core movement principles of yoga. basics is an excellent choice for the beginner, providing confidence along with a better understanding of yoga fundamentals. However, for the experienced yogi, basics will build strength upon your current yoga practice.

*While this practice is great for the beginner to intermediate student, an advanced student will find this practice of yoga challenging and beneficial.

room will be warm, however it does not reach 90 degrees, the usual temperature is between 75-85 degrees.
